Transit times include loading at the Moscow warehouse, Russia → Kazakhstan → Uzbekistan border crossings, and unloading at the consignee. Full-truckload (FTL) shipments are available with priority border clearance.
Temperature modes and cold-chain control
Every reefer is fitted with a Carrier or Thermo King dual-circuit unit and onboard data loggers. Temperature is recorded every 15 minutes; the full log is attached to the CMR. Internal cargo temperature is verified at unloading and any deviation is documented.
- Deep freeze −25 °C to −18 °C — fish, meat, seafood.
- Standard freeze −18 °C to −12 °C — semi-finished products, ice cream.
- Chilled 0 °C to +4 °C — dairy, fresh fruit.
- Multi-temp — two compartments in one trailer with different setpoints.
Documents and customs
Frozen food is subject to mandatory veterinary and sanitary control. Our team handles every step:
- Veterinary certificate (export form №2 or №5) issued via Russia’s Mercury FGIS system.
- SES (sanitary-epidemiological) conclusion for import into Uzbekistan.
- Customs declaration under EAEU HS codes (groups 02, 03, 04, 16, 19) and Uzbek HS.
- Calculation of duties, excise, VAT, and fees.
- Uzstandart certificate and, if required, phytosanitary documentation.
