Dangerous goods (ADR) to Uzbekistan

Dangerous-goods (ADR) transport to Uzbekistan is a dedicated TRANSCEKA service. We operate our own ADR-certified fleet (EX/II, EX/III, FL, AT and OX), employ ADR-certified drivers and a documentation team that prepares the full permit package — from safety data sheet review to clearance with the Russian and Uzbek emergency-services agencies.

Classes we transport

• Class 2 — pressurized and liquefied gases: propane-butane, freons, aerosol cans, industrial gases.
• Class 3 — flammable liquids: solvents, varnishes, paints, alcohols, ethers, diesel and gasoline fuel.
• Class 4 — flammable solids, self-igniting substances, materials that emit gas on contact with water.
• Class 5 — oxidizers (nitrates, perchlorates) and organic peroxides.
• Class 6.1 — toxic substances: pesticides, agro-chemicals.
• Class 8 — corrosives: sulphuric and hydrochloric acid, alkalis, battery electrolyte.
• Class 9 — other dangerous goods: lithium-ion batteries, asbestos, environmentally hazardous liquids.

We do not handle Class 1 (explosives) or Class 7 (radioactive materials) — these require a separate state licence and specialised equipment.

Documents and permits

1. Safety Data Sheet (SDS / MSDS) — basis for classification; accepted in Russian or English.
2. UN number and packing group — derived from chemical composition and physical properties.
3. Emergency card per item, in the route language.
4. Russian Ministry of Transport permit with route and dates.
5. ADR driver certificate with marks for the carried classes.
6. Vehicle ADR approval certificate (1-year validity).
7. Clearance with Uzbek Emergencies Ministry and State Ecology Committee for Classes 6.1, 8, 9.
8. Carrier-liability insurance covering up to 100 % of cargo value.

• Tractors and box trucks with EX/II, EX/III, FL, AT, OX markings — one configuration per cargo class.
• Tanks for acids, alkalis, and petroleum products with anti-corrosion lining.
• High-capacity fire extinguishers, spark-arresting exhaust systems, explosion-proof electrical fittings.

• Orange placards with UN number and hazard code, swap-out kits per class.

3. Match equipment with the required approval and a driver certified for the class.
4. Compile the permit pack — Mintrans, emergency card, insurance, emergency-ministry clearance.
5. Load per UN packaging and labelling requirements.
6. Escort the trip with 24/7 monitoring; for higher classes, with an escort vehicle.
7. Customs clearance at the Russia → Kazakhstan → Uzbekistan border with compliance check.
8. Delivery to the consignee with hand-over act and full documentation.
