TRANSCEKA accepts ADR Class 3 and Class 8 cargo on the Russia → Uzbekistan lane

In May 2026 TRANSCEKA secured an extended approval to run ADR Class 3 and Class 8 cargo on a regular basis from Russia and Belarus to Uzbekistan. These are the most-requested categories among Uzbek customers — solvents, battery electrolyte, sulphuric and hydrochloric acid, paints and varnishes, alcohol.

What we added

• Class 3 — flammable liquids: solvents (646, 647, 650), ethers, technical alcohols, acetone, toluene, xylene, paints and varnishes, diesel and gasoline in IBC containers.
• Class 8 — corrosives: sulphuric, hydrochloric and nitric acid, sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), battery electrolyte, phosphoric acid, ferric chloride.

FL and AT-rated equipment

A specialised fleet is now in service for Class 3 and 8:

• FL-marked tractors — for flammable liquids in tanks.
• AT-marked tractors — for corrosives and toxic substances in tanks with anti-corrosion lining.
• EX/II-marked vans — for packaged batches up to 5 tonnes.
• High-capacity fire extinguishers, spark-arresting systems, explosion-proof electrical fittings.

Documentation — our responsibility

Shippers send only the safety data sheet (SDS / MSDS) and commercial documents. We handle the rest:

1. ADR classification — UN number, packing group, intra-load compatibility.
2. Emergency card in Russian and Uzbek.
3. Mintrans permit with route and dates.
4. Clearance with Russian and Uzbek emergencies ministries.
5. Carrier-liability insurance up to 100 % of customs value.
6. HS-code customs declaration, calculation of duties and VAT.

Lead times

Permit turnaround is now 1–3 working days thanks to direct channels with Mintrans and the emergencies ministries. Regular shippers benefit from a framework agreement with simplified per-shipment clearance.
